Payment

I have been charged twice for the month of December 2022. I made a payment on or around the 18th December 2022. I asked that the payment date be changed from the 18th to the 28th of each month, starting 28th of January 2023. I was told that I had to pay a fee to do the changing. I did and now I checked my account you took £33.+ for the 28th December 2022. Can you please return that amount to my account, card ending .......3019

Firstly you never speak to staff on here that can help you out regarding payments. If staff do post they will point you directly to the support channels. So saying “you” is meaningless I’m afraid.

Secondly you haven’t said what the payments were for. As NOW provides TV memberships such as sports and cinema, as well as broadband. 
Which is it?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
