Firstly you never speak to staff on here that can help you out regarding payments. If staff do post they will point you directly to the support channels. So saying “you” is meaningless I’m afraid.
Secondly you haven’t said what the payments were for. As NOW provides TV memberships such as sports and cinema, as well as broadband.
