I have been trying to pay my outstanding Balance to no success every time I'm asked to approve the transaction within my banking app I'm asked to approve £0
I would like to get this sorted as I have no means to phone

Thank you but that has not helped it says you will pay x amount in red so I put all required details in press confirm go to my bank app and confirm but it says to confirm £0 every time
