my last payment never came out a few days ago. All it says is we couldnt take your last payment. No other explanation. Plenty money was in the acc. All i want to do now is MAKE the payment but theres nowhere you can do it

Even if it’s the same card.
I had the same issue last week and when I inputted the same card details it went through.
Will give you the link to live chat, but worth noting I had the same problem and they couldn’t resolve it. Only when I decided to update the payment details with the same it worked.
