Payment

my last payment never came out a few days ago. All it says is we couldnt take your last payment. No other explanation.  Plenty money was in the acc. All i want to do now is MAKE the payment but theres nowhere you can do it

tv. like the streaming. theres a big thing in red that says it and that
theyd try n take it tomorrow. but that was 5 days ago and theyve no took it
back out yet

If it’s for TV try updating your payment details?

 

Even if it’s the same card.

 

I had the same issue last week and when I inputted the same card details it went through.

Will give you the link to live chat, but worth noting I had the same problem and they couldn’t resolve it. 
Only when I decided to update the payment details with the same it worked.
