Payment

Hi I've made my payment for my account on the 10th of October and I have been cut of today and it wants me to pay again

 

I am NOT paying twice in 1 month and I want my Internet that I have paid for, please may I know why I'm getting asked to pay twice

This link doesn't display its target [if you know what i mean].  It seems to be going there; but doesn't work.

Please can someone help my poor foggy brain understand why Talktalk seem to have continued to bill me since i left them?  (I think that is what's happening).
