Welcome to the forum. NOW TV do try to attempt payment a couple of times if it fails, but if they still can't take payment the passes are cancelled automatically. Pop onto your My Account > My Passes page to make sure all your passes are showing cancelled, if they are you shouldn't be charged anything.

If you do see any passes still showing active, press the cancel button and follow all the steps to the end to make sure they are cancelled. More info here
