Why has NOWTV taken payment from my card despite cancelling my entertaiment pass subscription on 11 Sept this and receiving a message that I could to watch up until 24 Sept?
The payment was taken on 24 Sept and my account shows that there is no active pass.
Also, no way to add a pass as their systems appear unable to deal with customer cancellations. It appears to be a regular bad practice which needs to be raised as a complaint given the amount of customers suffering the same issue.

I'm now onto my 4th time of trying to cancel passes. I have tried doing it via the cancel pass within the site, but have also got in contact with NOW TV via chat and they told me they had cancelled it. I'm still being charged.

To add to it, the last week, I have been trying to use chat to cancel, but its not working (for me anyway) and it says there is an error when I try to use the 'cancel pass' button within 'Passes and Vouchers'.
