Payment taken after service was cancelled.

I'd like to know why payment has been taken from my bank account once my months pass was completed even though I had cancelled the auto renew? I even recieved an email stating I had cancelled my months pass but not to worry I could still watch until the 12th Jan?

I find this totally unacceptable

Welcome to the forum. Probably best if you pop onto live chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort it out for you.

I would also recommend enabling your Payment PIN in your account, this will prevent accidental or unauthorised payments in the future. To turn your Payment PIN on, go to your My Account > Payment PIN page
