Payment taken after I had cancelled subscription

I cancelled my "special offer" sports package 2 weeks ago BEFORE the due date it jhad tyo be cancelled by but today Now has taken out £26.99 - which is the start of another special offer for Sports that I did NOT accept. How do I get a refund please.

Did you receive email confirmation of the cancellation?
If not then I am afraid the wonderful cancellation process wasn't completed.

For any chance of refund you need to speak with staff via live chat. Which is accessed by clicking the 'How to get in touch' drop down when signed in.
