Payment query

Hi I cancelled my sky sport subscription at the weekend and you’ve still charged me £34. I can’t afford for this to go out unexpectedly on something I don’t use. I’ve cancelled it again today straight after the payment has gone out. I would like a full refund of this amount.

Your problem is very similar to this one, so have a read of it, and then follow the same advice as I gave there.

Please note that I am just a customer like you, and my advice may well be worth no more than exactly what you paid for it.

I had money come out of my account for now.tv twice and didn’t want it to I want a refund
