Recently joined now tv two months of payment haven’t been taken moneys in bank but haven’t taken it out my bank any way I can get this sorted ? As been told WiFi etc will be turned off in next 7 days if not payed ?

I get this problem regularly, my card is fine, according to my bank but it seems every other month now tv system decided it can't collect payment.
I tried re-enter omg the card details and get opps something went wrong message, although cute no help to anyone, now tv please sort out your system.

This has just happened to me for the second time. Absolutely nothing wrong with my card, personal details correct, funds available, and payment hasn't been taken and once again a threat of disconnection.
