Payment not gone through

I tried twice today to make a payment for a monthly subscription to NOW Sports, but each time it came back with 'We couldn't process your payment' and 'Try again', even though my account is fine and all the details are correct. I trust I have not been charged for either of the 'failed' attempts.

You need to get on to the support team directly, use the green Chat online button near the top of the page here, they are open until midnight.

Have you tried another browser or deleting the cookies?

Otherwise speak with staff using the method provided by @redchiz1 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
