Hi, a while ago I cancelled all my passes due to the prices being too much. When I cancelled my kids pass it told me I could use it upto the day I payed for it, in this case it told me I could use it until May 2019. I was very confuse as I couldn’t remember buying a years pass however I thought it must be a glitch so I left it. I have recently got a new bank card and on my mobile banking app it has informed me that the kids pass has been paid for again!
Could you possibly tell me how I could get a refund?
