Payment issue

So I rang up on Friday to pay my outstanding bill for tv passes, and changed the payment date. A small payment was supposed to be made today but it hasn't gone out and I got an email saying they couldn't take payment. I have funds in that account. 


Yet when I go onto the card details part of my account it goes to a page saying thanks for signing up and won't show me anything. 


I have been using the same payment card for months.
