You tried to take payment and it didn't go through because I had a card stolen and had cancelled it.
I have updated the payment method and now still cannot access any now tv. I can't contact you because apparently nobody ever needs to.
What do I do now?

Posting on a customer to customer forum isn’t the way to get your account up and running again.
Go to live chat, by clicking “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
