Payment issue: Payment declined as i cancelled a lost card now i have lost my Sports offer

Help!! I lost my bank card and didn't get one in time/ forgot to change my details. NOW TV went to take payment and of course it declined and now they have cancelled my Sports Deal of £21 a month until October. I have now update details but the deal is not available. I just go round in circles with the chat never getting a solution.
