I've tried all day to pay my broadband bill online but the page keeps bouncing back. I've tried to call to no avail. I have no wifi right now. How do I get help?

When I was a Now TV broadband customer this is number I used to call them 0330 041 2460
If not I would then recommend using the Live chat.

I'm having the same issue as OP. I've tried everything and can't seem to access the live chat. Any advice?

From my understanding there is some issues with certain internet explorers, however I am not clued up on them.

The trick is to try a browser you don’t normally use, and so haven’t configured, so it’s in its basic state.
The things we configure on our usual browser, to protect us from the howling gale of the internet and to stop it stealing our browsing habits, bombarding us with adverts and unwanted popups, for instance, seem to also stop NowTV’s Live Chat from starting up for us.
Time for more boilerplate:-
If you can’t access Live Chat, then it’s likely that your carefully configured browser is blocking popups, ads, and/or third party cookies, and perhaps cookies generally.
But there is something there that Live Chat does not like, and so you can’t get through.
The trick is to use a browser that hasn’t been configured to block anything, preferably one you don’t normally use, or your own started in stripped-down mode.
E.g. Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome (maybe in Incognito Mode), Firefox (started without Add-Ins, or maybe in Private mode), Opera, or Safari (iOS).
