Payment got decline because for insufficient amount yesterday.

Payment got decline because for insufficient amount yesterday. Now I have added sufficient amount in card. can you please deduct the charges for next month. 

I am not able to find any phone number or live chat for help. Please help me.

TV or broadband?

If you do a search on the forum you’ll fine countless threads with ways of getting in touch with NOW.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
