I’ve subscribed for a movie and entertainment pass for several months now and so far everything was ok. Now my entertainment pass doesn’t seem to be activated anymore even though I can see my payment on 9th June has been completed.
When i try to watch something it says I have to buy the pass. I don’t want to be double-charged tho so what can I do?
There is no phone number and the Get I touch button in the support section doesn’t work on my iPhone.
5th day without pass now even though I’ve paid. 😞

Welcome to the community. Is the pass showing active on your My Account > My Passes page
https://account.nowtv.com/passes
If it is then try signing out and back in again on the device you are trying to watch on (usually from the My Account screen in the app).
If you still have trouble and getting to live chat isn't working for you then try filling in the request form on this page and someone should get back to you
