I recently had a payment fail because I’d just changed bank accounts and hadn’t updated my details in my NowTV account. NowTV did not inform me.
NowTV claim they send an email whenever a payment fails. I have checked my email and I did not receive an email from NowTV about a payment failure.
Has anyone else had this problem where a payment has failed but NowTV didn’t inform you?
