Payment failed

So i get a payment failed notification when i check on my subscriptions, i have sufficient funds in my bank account to cover several years of now tv, i contact live chat who advise the request for £1562.99 failed ( my bank blocked the huge request), erm why are you requesting that amount?? I was then told technical glitch and told again by someone else it was a typing error, no apology, bye bye nowtv

Is this for broadband or TV memberships?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
