Hi from lockdown everyone.
Hoping someone can help me.
I am unable to update card details, error message each time (‘some of those card details aren’t valid’)
Browsed forum and tried tips suggested for others.. 0 before door number, different browsers, tried on 4G rather than WiFi etc to no avail.
My previous pass was cancelled by NowTV, received email to update payment details and here we are... not sure if this has anything to do with error. Could card be blocked by Now TV? The company is not blocked by my bank.
Any help appreciated during these streaming-heavy times 🙂
