Payment didnt go through

Had a email saying (last payment for your NOW Membership didn’t go through because your payment details need updating) however I have the correct amount in my bank and its the correct card details anyone else have this happen ? It gets authorised by my bank says its pending amd when I check again the payment hasn't gone through

Been getting this often. Changed the card on my account to see if it makes any difference this month.

It's pain as it keeps messing up any discounts I might have.

Payment for what? TV or broadband?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Update something harmless in the payment details (but nothing that would come back as invalid) and Save.

Then update again, and correct it to what it was before.

Now should now validate it, and accept it.

If Now can play silly beggars, so can we 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
