I received an email saying I needed to update my payment details or my membership would be cancelled. I updated my payment details but have received an email saying my membership has been cancelled !
I checked my my membership details online and they indicate valid until November.
i am confused?
Seems like an email error on NOW part, where a few people have reported it over on NOW Twitter.
Here's an example.
To be on the safe side maybe drop NOW an email (using the email address on the screen shot below) seeking if this is an email admin error on their part.
