Payment declined even though account in credit. Now TV only giving me full price option. No phone contact, lousy service.

NOW offer TV memberships and broadband.

Now do not accept most prepaid debit cards, nor those not supplied by a registered UK bank.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Re TV sports.
If memory serves me right, I had three different methods of payment all
rejected even though I know there was no problem with any of them. I think
they eventually accepted a credit card. Even yesterday they will not accept
my bank details.

The company used to be called NOW TV. So saying NOW TV is very confusing.

Best to stick with the type of TV membership you are referring to.
