Payment charge i didn't agree too

I have been charged twice every month for two memberships and the booster which I did not physically sign in to my account to do and has been automatically  be put on to my account after the trial. I did not apply for the cinema membership only the entertainment membership which i hardly use because I could not access any of the shows and watch them via laptop.  Unnecessary adds to take more money  and very frustrated that I have to find out through my bank account that the company has taken upon itself to take charge twice and an extra £5.  

 

I would like to be reimbursed.

Sounds like you took the combo trial from the offers section of the website.

If your positive no trial was taken, I would suggest placing a payment PIN on your account.
