Payment card

I can't add my payment card as I don't have a house number and it doesnt let me submit my billing address without a house number.

Try the following for the house number.

000, 0 or _ (underscore) or . (full stop).

Now Broadband is trying to tell you that you are too posh for it 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
