Payment been taken but account not activated

I want to inform now tv my account has not been reactivated despite payment having been taken via PayPal. No drop down option for this anywhere on website. I cannot find email address and obviously no phone number. How do I contact accounts and billing if no viable drop down option.

Hi @Sarahjw49 

A couple of people have reported this when using PayPal with their TV NOW Membership.

If signing out and back in on all your playback devices with the NOW account used with PayPal doesn't work.

Then either jump over to live chat, or use the web form to send them a message (both on the link page  below) or email them using the address on this screenshot below.
