Payment Update

Missed a payment after getting a new card, but it is now not letting me update the account to use the new card. Has been saying try again in a moment for hours but no change.

Any ideas?

Is this for a broadband, or NOW TV payment? Either way, your best bet will be to contact customer services directly. For the former, call 0330 041 2518. For the latter, use Chat online here
