Hello, I lost my card and didn't realise I had to change the details as I thought I set the account up to my bank account not the card itself.
Trying to pay the overdue bill and everytime I enter the card details and hit pay now it just clears the screen as if I've not entered any information. Can anybody help as its extremely frustrating and I need the Internet for my work. I've tried to complete the form both on my mobile and laptop.
