Payment PIN changed but not being accepted for payments

I recently changed my payment PIN (three times) and it continues to be rejected with the 'incorrect PIN' message when I go to pay for a new offer, even though it is 100% being entered correctly. What's going on? Furthermore when I attempt to turn the payment PIN off I get the same issue, I need to enter my PIN to turn it off and it isn't being accepted.

I've tried different browsers, different devices, same problem persists.

Sounds like an odd fault you got, if I were you jump onto live chat to see what staff can do for you. Make sure you click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
