Payment Issues

Trying to update my payment details so I can get the sport season pass and while entering my new card details it the site doesn’t give me enough time and throws up the below message..

Very frustrating as I’ve been trying all day ! Please can some one help

I'm in the same boat, wanting to watch senior golf at 4pm and would happily watch womens golf just now.  The website says its doing updates 😞 Sundays are sports days not ideal for updates!

i saw it when trying to access My Account to check something, around 14:00 this afternoon,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
