I recently used the 7 day trial for Entertainment. I've gone to cancel it and got offered a cheaper price, so I decided to go with the cheaper price.
Now after doing this, I realised I may of missed the cut off for the 7 day period, but I never actually cancelled it, but I've had 8.99 taken out of my credit. I've not even used it for a full month, I've literally missed the cut off for the trail by what? a day/ Half a day? So why would I be charged a full months worth for half a day?
I've attempted to use your live chat function, but can't get it to work for me.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
