HI, I have placed for a new broadband/call line but the payment failed with some backend error but I have been charged for £1 and i can't find any order placed. My card details have been added.
Now i am not sure if i will be serviced or will continued to be charged for no services.

You haven’t been charged - the £1 has been reserved, which will reduce your credit limit, but not your balance.
This lets Now know that your card is valid for your payments.
And such reservations will be removed shortly after they are put in place.
