Payment Details not changing

Hello, I've been trying to change my payment details for my broadband since my last card expired last month but it never seems to change and there's an overdue payment that isn't listed as overdue either. I've been trying to find a way to contact a real person but this website just takes me in circles.

I can't call the number either because my phone isn't on contract and I don't have it topped up.

 

If I could get a solution to this before I get cut off that'd be great, thank you.

Not sure if Live chat would help as I believe they are for TV issues only. No harm in finding out,  by clicking "chat online" within the green box, Don't hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.
