Payment Details deleted

Hi,

 

My account has "forgotten" my payment details and then now says payment failed for a charge yesterday, but giving me no option to pay it to get access?

 

My payments have stayed the same for over a year and there is no reason for them to have changed.

TV or broadband?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
