Paying my bill

I'm trying to pay my broadband bill but it only shows me my now tv pass not my broadband bill

When you are logged in on here with your NowTV account details that you used to order NowTV Broadband under My Account > Message Centre or Orders & Appointments or Broadband & Calls is there any indication about your NowTV Broadband service ?

 

If not, did you create another account for NowTV Broadband ?

 

Anyway if you open the link below and sign in with your NowTV Broadband details, a telephone number should appear on screen to phone or alternatively you can contact live chat by clicking on the small green arrow directly underneath How to Get in Touch.
