I pay for Entertainment and Cinema and for the last week I have been unable to view anything on smart TV or iPad! I keep being told I have to buy what I want to watch. And to rub salt into the wound, I cannot find any way to contact an actual human being to discuss the issue. The automated bot and help pages only has topics on that they want. I have never cone across such a crap service, but then again is is a Sky product!! Going to cancel the lot... unless someone from NowTV contacts me TODAY!

The usual reason for your issue is that you aren’t logging on with the same details that you used to buy the Memberships. So go to your avatar, top right, select Manage Now Account, then select Now Membership under Your Membership.
Can you see your Memberships there? Do the details correspond to what you think they should be?

You may notice that Now do something ‘clever’ with theit page links, such that even if I pick up the very last page link in the chain, as above, following that link takes you to somewhere rather further back in the page sequence 😢
