Pay for a pass but can't watch movies

Auto pay set on my account but just been to watch a movie and it's saying I need to purchase a cinema pass before I can watch the movie. What's happening? And it's almost impossible to find anyone to talk to about the issue I'm having

I am having the same trouble too

Last november i paid £99 for 12 months entertainment and movies but i tried to watch a movie tonight and was told i would have to buy a pass!!

Neil Raine - It should say under 'Manage my passes' section of your account how long you have left.  Try logging out and in again, otherwise explaining this via live chat should have it sorted for you
