Hi All,
Looking for some help please. I'm posting on behalf of my partner (who currently cannot access her own account). Having received a a few e-mails in September regarding the relegation of the white box, she has tried on numerous occasions to login to her account to register for the free Now TV stick. Unfortunately the password reset link never arrives (not in spam or any other folder) and the memorable date is clearly not that memorable as she cannot recall it! Currently she is being charged for a service which she cannot use and has no way to contact anyone resolve it! Can anyone help?
