Password reminder NOT working

EVERY TIME it comes up with bad gateway error regardless of browser when i input my account email address. You need to sort this farce out.


I wanted to watch on a mobile device, but can't log in, same with laptop. Only my main TV seems to be signed in. But can i get your silly service to reset my password - can i hell!

My recommendation is to send an email to customer support, address in the below picture.


FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
