Password change not recognised

I have recently changed my password, the email link lets me log in but when i go to my account it says password not recognised. Ive changed it 3 times now and each password is not recognised. Im paying for the service and slightly annoyed ive been kicked out of all devices but it wont recognise my password change. Please can someone advise. I cant find a customer service number to ring.
