Passes

Hi, I signed up for a free trial of now tv. After I did I logged in and it was showing as no active passes, they've since taken payment of 11.99, 8.99 and 3.00 the main issue I have is I can't even cancel them as apparently I dont have any passes. Nothing shows on my account at all. I have sent a query from but has anyone else had these issues???

It sounds likely you might have a duplicate account with the same payment details. You can use this link to check for other accounts using your details

If you find you have another account, you can fill out a incorrect charge form.
