Now tv keeps adding kids pass to my account without me requesting it! Then they blame me for activating the pass. I contacted them today and spoke to Claire who was very rude and stated it was my fault this keeps happening. There is myself and now tv who has access to my account this happened 2nd week of December where Nadine was very helpful and very polite who sorted this out  And has happened again.

I was told the kids pass was activated on the 22nd December I dont have kids so why would I want a kids pass!!  I stated I will make a complaint Claire stated on the transcript "the evidence is on our side" calling me a liar 

Now awaiting for a manager to send me a email!! Not holding my breath.

It sounds like your account has been compromised 😥

Unexpected Kids’ Passes are usually set up by toddlers just wanting to watch some kids’ programme, and pressing OK until they get it, but you do say you don’t have any.


Go to My Account/Settings & PINs and set a Payment PIN, which will prevent any more Passes being bought without your authority.


Then go to My Account/Devices, and look for any you don’t recognise, or any timestamps that weren’t you.


If you find any such, come back for more advice.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Thank you I have now put a pin on my payments to try and stop this. Still no Email from the manager at Now TV! After raising complaint.
