Passes

I am currently trying to cancel 2 passes,as I am going over to another provider.

 

I have followed the online instructions, but it will not let me cancel  the passes can anyone give me any advice please

Hi @Anonymous User 

When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst signed in on here, is there no cancel button next to your passes and it asks you to buy a pass and if so this would suggest to me that you may have multiple accounts.

Or is the cancel buttons greyed out and locked where you have a scheduled payment due to be taken out of your account in the next 24 hours ?
