I have tried to get a entertainment 14 day pass, entered my payment details and its taken 10p each time and still won't let me have the pass?? Can you please sort this out or I shall be taking my custom elsewhere.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. the 10p is just a request to make sure the payment card is valid, it's not actually taken from your account but it may show up as a pending payment for a few days. With regards not getting the pass probably best to pop onto live chat and they can check why the pass isn't starting properly.
