A couple of weeks ago I was asked on my tv for the password etc and when I got into my account there were no passes and no record of my payment, which was for a year last November. The chat facility doesn't work and of course you can't talk to a human. Any advise on how to proceed? Thnx

Everything you describe points to you having two accounts, and you suddenly switched to the other one somehow, hence being asked for the password.
Can you tack your brains for another account name you might have?
