I bought a Now TV Smart Box in November 2019 which came with some free passes.
I used the Sports Day Pass and am now wanting to activate the free month's Entertainment Pass, and the free month's Movie Pass, but they have disappeared from my account.
They have appeared there before, and according to the packaging of the box they should last 12 months from the date of purchase of the smart box.
I'm a little bit puzzled as to why they have disappeared and to what, if anything, I can do about it?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

If not there, look at payments https://account.nowtv.com/payments/previous and see when you paid £0.00 for passes.
If neither of these explain it, contact chat.

There's nothing showing in the passes link, and the only pass I used was the sports day pass which is showing in the November bill.
No sign of thee other passes though.

This has happened me twice in the last while. The last time I assumed the payment had gone through, but today I bought a day pass, watched a game for a while, and when I went back to access again it's saying I have no passes.

I think the issue is with the website I’m trying to buy a pass and it keeps saying something has gone wrong
