I have had an Entertainment Pass for quite a while, but have no other passes or trials.
Today I received a series of emails, with receipts for a trial Boost and both Sky Sports and Sky Movies passes, which neither myself nor my partner signed up for. I checked my bank account and I have been charged almost £50 for these passes. I want to speak to someone and get this sorted, but this doesn't seem possible due us being in the midst of a pandemic. Is this some kind of technical glitch? Is anyone else experiencing something similar? I didn't order these passes, have not used them, and want my money refunded!
